When you use MyServiceRoute, we collect:

• Account information: Email address and password (for authentication).
• Business data: Customer names, addresses, phone numbers, service site details, route schedules, visit logs (chemical readings, checklists, notes), and photos you upload.
• Device information: Basic device and browser data for app functionality and debugging.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the app (routes, visits, customer management).
• To generate AI-assisted dosing suggestions based on your chemical readings.
• To improve the app and fix bugs.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Google Cloud (Firestore and Firebase Storage) with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication. We use strict security rules to ensure each user can only access their own data.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Cloud / Firebase: Hosting, database, authentication, and storage.
• Google Gemini AI: Chemical dosing suggestions (only your readings and pool data are sent; no personal information).

5. Photos

Photos you take during service visits are stored in Firebase Storage and are accessible only to your account. Photos are compressed on-device before upload.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Access and export your data at any time through the app.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Delete your account, which removes all associated data.

8. Children's Privacy

MyServiceRoute is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
